Introduction 

Welcome to Greynomad! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our travel services. By booking with Greynomad, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Booking & Payment

Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified on our website.

Deposit: A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be outlined at the time of booking.

Balance Payment: The balance must be paid by the date specified at the time of booking. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of any deposits paid.

Cancelation & Refunds

Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing. Cancellation fees may apply based on the date of cancellation relative to the departure date.

More than 60 days before departure: Full refund less any non-refundable deposits.

30-60 days before departure: 50% of the total cost.

Less than 30 days before departure: No refund.

Cancellation by Greynomad: We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another trip.

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation notice.

Travel Insurance

Requirement: Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all travelers. This should cover trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal injury, and loss of personal property.

Proof of Insurance: Proof of travel insurance must be provided before the commencement of the trip.

Health and Safety

Medical Conditions: You must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate in the trip.

Fitness To Travel: You must ensure that you are physically fit to undertake the activities involved in the trip.

Itinerary Changes

Flexibility: The itinerary is subject to change due to weather, operational considerations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Substitutions: We reserve the right to substitute accommodation, transportation, and activities with alternatives of equal or higher standard.

Liability

Responsibility: Greynomad is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or accidents.

Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers such as airlines, hotels, and other service providers.

Behavior

Conduct: You are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to the local communities, fellow travelers, and our staff. Any disruptive behavior may result in your removal from the trip without refund.

Compliance: You must comply with the laws and regulations of the destinations visited.

Use of Personal Information

Privacy Policy: Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

Data Sharing: We may share your information with third-party providers for the purpose of delivering the services booked.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Kolkata .

Amen​dment

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

Terms and Conditions During Events 


During events such as ICC World Cup , FIFA World Cup , Moto Gp , F1 , Wimbledon any security deposits or advances towards booking confirmation once received, no Refunds will be made on cancellation or a premature order of any sort.

In such cases a written communication via email needs to be completed to raunak@greynomad.travel sighting the reasons for unfilulfilling the order well in advance of the event date/match date.

Only if the tickets find another buyer can the advance deposit be refunded partially after deducting a processing fees of 2.5 Percent (plus) bank charges and currency charges.


In case of a new order within 10 days of the event date is confirmed via a deposit and later cancelled before the event , no Refunds can be organised
